Overview
GreenForce is an Oregon based, full-service staffing and temporary employment agency focused on labor solutions for the cannabis industry. Our goal has been two-fold, help them attract job seekers to apply to their workforce and attract companies in the cannabis industry to work with them.
We are responsible for all of GreenForce’s marketing efforts and Brand Management, which entails bi-weekly meetings to discuss current/future projects. We do monthly photoshoots with their clients to showcase on social media and any other marketing collateral we develop for them. Our designers have helped them develop custom infographics and blog content. We help them curate/create content, write and schedule posts and manage their engagement to build strategic organic growth.
I have shot at several of their client’s facilities including, WickedKind, Groundworks (Pruf and Serra kitchens), Heroes of the Farm, and Fox Hollow Flora. I’ve also captured GreenForce sponsored events, attended event and internal employee headshots.

We’ve helped GreenForce develop and implement multiple multi-touch drip email campaigns created to strategically target current customer and cold leads and convert them to new business. We share campaign progress, updates and detailed analytics to share campaign results, ROI and A/B messaging results.
We’ve created email sends up with contact lists up to 80K through third party channels to attract potential job seekers.
We create and maintain ongoing internal employee monthly newsletters to share company updates
