On my Investment page, every package includes a minimum number of edited digital images you will receive in your online gallery. For example, if it says 35+ images, this means you will receive at least 35 images.
When will I receive my photos?
My turnaround time is typically 2-5 business days. For special events I do my best to give you your gallery as fast as possible.
Do you help with location selection?
Yes! I provide all my clients with a location guide right after the booking is official. I am always game to try new spots, but my location guide contains some of my tried and true favorite places to shoot. Please note that any location that is more than 25 miles from my home in McKinney, TX will incur a travel fee, which will also be communicated to you before making your final location selection.
What time do sessions start?
All exact start times will be specific to each client's session. For outdoor sessions, I shoot within 2 hours of sunset, which varies throughout the year. For indoor sessions, I choose to shoot mid to late morning for the best natural lighting.
Does shooting at a studio cost extra?
Yes, all studio rental fees will be added to your session total. Studio rental fees vary from $75 - $125/ hour.
What happens if there is bad weather the day of our session?
I've got my eye on the weather the week of our shoot. If it is raining, storming, hailing, or an extreme high temperature we will reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. There is no cost for rescheduling due to weather. I will call you the day prior to our shoot to reschedule due to weather.
What happens if you or I get sick or injured?
If you are feeling ill please let me know as soon as you can. I will do the same!
Do I have to pay for the digital images?
A digital gallery is provided to all of my clients, free of charge!
What kind of retouching do you offer?
I am a professionally trained retoucher and am happy to help you feel the most confident with your photos! While I will retouch small blemishes and background objects in your delivered gallery which is included in your cost, I do not *heavily* retouch photos in photoshop including detailed skin smoothing, body alteration or clothing color alteration unless discussed. Retouching costs are quoted on a as needed basis, just let me know what you were thinking and I will let you know how much time and extra cost is will be. Do you wear a mask when photographing me?
I do not but would be happy to, just ask me in advance!
